Thank you for your purchase from Vanderloc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new vanity. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original delivery date.
- The vanity must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be free from any damage, scratches, or alterations. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact Vanderloc Customer Service within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. You can reach us at (980) 440-2235 or info@vanderloc.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the vanity in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please use comparable packaging that provides adequate protection.
- Shipping: All returns are processed via R&L Carriers. Upon initiation of a return, R&L Carriers will be notified and will contact you directly to arrange a pickup window.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned vanity, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Refund:
To ensure we can build and ship your order efficiently, we begin processing it shortly after it is placed. We offer a 72-hour grace period during which you may cancel your order at no charge. After this 72-hour window, any cancellation will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
Similarly, any authorized returns of items in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. Items must be packaged securely for return, as additional charges will be assessed for any damage that occurs during transit back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your vanity arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a straightforward process for handling your claim:
- Notification: Inform us within 48 hours of delivery about the issue, providing detailed photographs and a description of the damage or discrepancy.
- Review & Approval: Our team will review your claim and, upon approval, will arrange for a return, refund, or exchange, as appropriate.
- Return & Refund Processing: Once the item is returned to us, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
